OUR STORY

From our Kitchen to Yours

Like many of you, I grew up believing that homemade food was the healthiest food. But as I learnt more about nutrition, I realised that many of us still struggle to get enough protein and fibre—even while eating home-cooked meals every day.

I didn't want to create another health product that asked people to completely change the way they eat. I wanted to make the food we already love a little better.

That's how The Better Grain was born.

Double Sprouted Barley

Sprouting barley twice unlocks more bioavailable protein, increases fibre, and reduces phytic acid meaning your body actually absorbs what we put in. We source our barley from brewery byproduct, giving purpose to a grain that would otherwise go to waste.

02

Tastes Like Your Atta

No compromise on texture, taste, or roti-making. Your family won't notice anything different except how they feel after.

03

Designed for Vegetarians

India has a protein gap, and vegetarians feel it most. We built TBG to close it one roti at a time, without changing how you eat.

04

Clean Label, Always

No additives, no fortification shortcuts, no numbers you can't pronounce. Just grain, done better.

Expert Review: The colour and odour were nice. Dough formation was smooth, just like a normal roti. Taste-wise, there wasn't much difference either, and we didn't feel any bloating. It also carries well in a tiffin and turns out very soft.
